What other places made stressful and uneasy, Mike made it seem simple and easy. The best thing about my experience was the customer service no matter the time of day or night Mike answered or returned my call with in minutes, he had no problem explaining what needed to be done and why in a way to make it easy to understand. I would recommend EPM and Mike to anyone who is in the process of buying a home!!

I've been an LBI REALTOR for 20 years, but never my own local buyer. Mike and his EPM team, Melany, Kendra, Brian, etc. delivered in spades. Mike is always on my lenders list, especially in "tough circumstances" transactions for buyers. We have dubbed him "Magic Mike" for what he can do and how quickly he responds.
