Mike and the team did such a great job helping us with a house last year, that I gave him first shot at an out of state (FL) purchase this year. Repeat performance - pure quality, professionalism, and communication the whole way. Even helped with last minute heroics when guidance from settlement lawyer turned out incorrect and caused a three business days delay in closing. Much appreciated!
