Mike and his team are ultra responsive. The communication we got throughout the entire process was stellar. Email updates, text updates, phone calls. We always knew what was going on and we closed early. Then, we did another deal together and that closed early too! Mike and his team have their stuff together!

Mike was great at the beginning communicating and guiding me through the process but when things started to get hard he seemed to disappear. His communication was very vague and non-specific and he did not work closely with my real estate agent at all.

I felt rushed, overwhelmed and confused, right up to signing, and after wonder if I made the right choices and don’t understand some of what the end result was. No telling really how much that had to do with the process, my level of knowledge overall or Mike so I really didn’t care to reply to this survey. Since I continue to get hammered for a response to these texts and emails asking to answer the survey, these surveys clearly are not anonymous which defeats the point of a survey.
