Mike handled our loan and we were impressed. He was open with all the details keeping things as simple as possible. He kept everything on schedule and stayed right on it. He was available when we called and responded quickly. Uve referred friends to him and highly recommended him. He works for you and really cares about you and your family.

I would highly recommend Michael to friends and family as these types of processes can be very stressful and confusing. Make was willing to take the time and measures to be sure I understood each and every step. Make kept be involved in every step of the refinance process and put my mind at ease and made the whole process very easy.

I have worked with Mike on two deals now. He helped me with both a refinance and a brand new purchase as of recently. The amount of knowledge he has is incredible, he advised me to pay my Mortgage Insurance off in full up front and over the duration of 6 years it has already save me $4,000 in doing it that way. If you want a smooth process, call Mike Grunwald, and no... I was not paid to write this lol
