He NEVER gave up! He worked WAY outside NORMAL business hours to get everything accomplished when he could have said “I’ll do it tomorrow” or “I’m DONE for the day” AND MOST IMPORTANTLY (at least to me) He ALWAYS kept me INFORMED (So I wasn’t wondering & worrying) I HAD THE BEST! (And I know my loan was a CHALLENGE….to say the least!)
