This was the fifth re-fi or mortgage that I have done with Mike and the team over the years; making purchases this large always has a lot of concern and emotion that makes the buyer nervous or not understanding the process; Mike and the team were there throughout the process and calmed my nerves and answered all of my questions with the knowledge that I have come to expect from the team, and in a prompt manner.
