We have been in our house for almost a month and we love it. This is the third home we've bought and Primary Mortgage could not have made it easier. Chuck Dohrman and his associates were great, all questions and concerns were addressed promptly and painlessly. Not that we hope to buy again but if we did we would absolutely use Primary Mortgage. When deciding on the specifics of my mortgage loan options, I told Mike that I only wanted to spend $X for our closing costs. At the closing we discovered that the final closing costs I was expected to come up with was almost 50% more than $X. Mike and I were clearly not on the same page throughout the process which resulted in this very unpleasant surprise.

We were assigned to Barry, with a closing of May 1st. We found out 2 business days prior that we would not close that day & over the course of the addt'l 2 weeks it took, we had to provide an addt'l ~20 docs that should have been requested well in advance (or were lost) & re-sign several docs due to the wrong name. Anytime that Mike got involved, things were fine. The unreturned calls/emails & unwillingness to respond to me unless my husband was involved or I was in person was maddening.
