I am fairly selective about any sort of automated car washing. So before even trying Mike's car wash, I walked in to see how they handle cars. I've been to other car washes that also boasted about using soft cloths, but they spun so fast and hard that they battered the heck out of the fenders unnecessarily. Over priced for what you get. Did the most expensive wash and it didn't even seem enough time to do what it said. Car could be much cleaner. They charge for the vacuums also. The people seemed friendly but not worth the price at all. The vacuum you have to pay for doesn't even work very well. I'll be taking it home to vacuum there after paying for it here. First time and extremely disappointed.
Forgot my undercarriage wash had to go back through and black guy smarts and guided me in wrong where tire hit railing.
Price too high for what you get! Plus it didn't even wash off all the "helicopters" off my hood!
Extremely disappointed. Mike's Carwash broke my side mirror and then gaslighted me into blaming my car was "old" so they could deny responsibility, despite reviewing their security camera footage. Totally unacceptable customer service -- take accountability instead of blaming the customer. I won't be returning.
So I definitely have mixed reviews. The con of this car was definitely the price and the services. I paid for the 29.00 wash and my car came out still dirty. It also come out of the wash with a few microfiber scratches and a few larger scratches. I was super disappointed because I had heard great things from other people. It's all fine and nice to have employees in white shirts smiling and friendly, but they're pointless if your product isn't worth the cost. It's like buying used oil from a guy in a tuxedo and white gloves...it just doesn't make sense. A friend who I trust implicitly recommended this place. I had avoided it because of the cost and things I'd heard from other folks, but decided to give it a try. Well, that has resulted in an utter fail. I took my car to get washed and when I got home the entire back of my car had not even been touched. I paid $15 and it was a complete waste of money.
Not impressed. Outside looks good. No inside windows done. Had to vacuum myself. I can get this for $10 less for the same thing in new Albany at an automatic car wash. Won't be going back BTW full service wash on 10th in Jeffersonville does the windows and vacuuming for like $2-4 more
