If I could give 0 stars I would. Had a phone interview with Jaquie and was going good until she mentioned they don't hire people who have neck tattoos that are quarter size that are behind their ears even though my hair is quite long enough for them to be covered. Even stated I could use waterproof tattoo cover up to cover them. She stated "well that's not in our accommodations and you are working around water so we won't be moving forward with the interview process" then hung up. On Wednesday, 11/8/23, I purchased an Ultimate wash. When I arrived home the back of my SUV was as dirty as when it was before going through the wash. Apparently some of the brushes are not working as this has not been an issue before.

10 second wash, bugs still all over the car. $20 I'll never see again. Hate to complain, but come on. Had to pay for vacuum and spent 2 of the 4 minute period trying to screw the attachment back on to the end of the hose. Flying Ace has free vacuums that suck harder than the Bengals losing the super bowl. Won't be back here again.

First time, last time customer. Got the $20 "Ultimate." My truck zipped through in about thirty seconds. No way that was a thorough cleaning. Out the other end I had soap still running all over, very far from dry. Same dirt spots were there as well. Wheels still plenty dirty. I saw most customers pulling out a towel afterward and wiping themselves. And you have to PAY for the vacuum? At the $20 price point? Veteran goes to Mike's Car Wash in Beavercreek on the 4th of July. Spends over $100 on car wash books. Asks for a free wash today and was told NO! Take your big American flag down "Mike". You don't mean it or stand behind it! Next time it's Flying Ace for me!

Love Mikes. We have the unlimited wash on my wife's car, but we're a little dissatisfied with the new and improved mikes. Our car doesn't get as dry as at the other mikes. We're a mile down the road and there are still droplets of water on the windshield.

Place is closed until spring 2020. Found out that they had storm damage. Good luck in reopening.

I have 5 company trucks that I get washed at Mike's Car Wash in Eastgate. Love the wash, best in town. Cleans well but can be a rough wash. Recently I ended up with a cracked windshield. They refused to pay for it. I went to windshield shop and they told me they replace windshields all the time after vehicles get washed at Mike Car Wash. According to them if there is the slightest chip or imperfection in the windshield and you go through their car wash it will crack the windshield. A $400 replacement. Mike's refused ... read more

Way too pricey for the service!! You can receive the exact same deluxe car wash at other local washes and receive FREE heavy duty vacuum cleaners for FREE!! Customer service here is just the same as you'd get elsewhere that offers deluxe car washes!! $1.00 a Vacuum cleaner is a RIP OFF for 4 minutes!! Still .50 cents at Yellow Springs wash your own car & dog wash! They are making millions off these rich people in Beavercreek! No doubt!
