As an unlimited member, I typically have a great experience at this location. I know most of the employees by name and we build great rapport. One of the supervisors, Brandon, always goes out of his way to say hello when he sees me and it is very appreciated. Recently, a manager whom i’ve not seen before, Jenny, has not at all given me the same service i’m accustomed to at this location. Does not go the extra mile to engage with customers. After visiting three other Mike's location, I returned to the State street location and Brandon fixed my problem of the inside tag not scanning. He knew exactly the issue and was knowledgeable about the special windshield that I have. He quickly replaced it with an outside tag. I appreciate his help in a nuisance that was becoming quite the inconvenience.
Car wash is great. I feel like the vacuums should be included with my $620/ year unlimited package. That kind of irks me
Brought our Toyota FJ that was sitting up under the trees. It was covered in droppings. The folks with the wands spent minutes getting stuff off. It was early, no line. I want to thank them for a great job.
Very upsetting today. I use Mike's car wash a lot I had an issue one time when I went out covered hit I wasn't able to return a phone call. But today I love their dissatisfied angry. I went in and I have pictures before and after I paid $5 to use the vacuum I had a car wash ticket No it wasn't an ultimate but I can barely afford to wash my care of that I know I've never had trouble washing my car and having this removed if I do it myself but when you pay for a ticket and it's not the ultimate I still expect better than I got... read more
