Team Mikhail was very much on top of everything. Communication was prompt, instructions were clear, and they were very thorough. Before working with Mikhail we had dealt with 3 other lenders. I rarely heard from them and usually had to be the one to reach out. I had a great experience working with Cornerstone. They were effective and efficient. I didn't have to wait long for updates on the status of my loan and they always checked in even if there weren't any updates. The process was easy and they were always very courteous and polite.

In September of 2020 we applied for a home loan to see where we were at for moving forward with buying our first home. We were suggested by mikhail to pay off some credit cards as our credit scores were too low to continue our homeowner journey. In November we started our journey and closed on our home in 18 days. Mikhail and his team turned around very difficult situation of our loan and delivered the closing date as promised. He is very responsive, professional, and capable to deliver in a timely manner. We switched to him for jumbo loan in the middle of the way, leaving only 3 weeks before closing date in holiday season. Mikhail and his team made the purchase happen with just 2 days delay. We highly recommend him!
