I was a new customer and purchased Groupon 40 units of botox. I started Botox at 36 and do it twice a year. It was my 7th time and my 3rd time using groupon. I chose the place as it had great reviews. I liked the studio and the lady at the reception was very friendly. Looked like they are busy as I had to wait for 30 minutes but I didn’t mind. Dear Polya, This is the office director and I clearly remember the situation because the RN was looking for the Botox vial that was misplaced. So that day we were short on Botox and the last vial was in the fridge door where the injector didn't see it and when I found out she is short it was given to her. We do not use other neurotoxins if we sale it as Botox and as you see the nurse was notifying you for possible use of Dysport. Also I think your knowledge on Dysport and dilution is wrong.
