Awesome. Dr. Chin's team take the time to explain everything they do and put you at ease.
I felt very comfortable during my first visit to this office. It can be awkward or disconcerting to meet a new staff and dentist, and I was made to feel welcome. I appreciate that all aspects of the exam were thorough. A series of questions, x-rays, measurements, and the opportunity to have questions of mine answered were all part of the exam. In conclusion, how could anyone leave a dentist's office with a bad taste in their mouth when they are carryng a homemade chocolate chip cookie.

Very happy I came to Dr Chin with an emergency because I had extreme tooth pain. I am very fearful of dental procedures so was very anxious. The staff, especially Dr. Chin, was caring and worked with my anxiety. Dr. Chin was gentle and took the time to explain everything to me. I had to have a root canal and the staff worked to get me an appointment with another clinic to have that done the very same day. I already have appointments for other procedures with Dr. Chin.
