Very disappointed. Sent in x-rays knew what needed to be done. Waited 3 weeks for an appointment and the dentist did not fix anything. Was there over an hour all they did was look and seemed to be more concerned about the Bill than the treatment. And then when they wanted a follow up to actually do some work. They did not have an appointment on the 3 available dates I had over the next 3 weeks. They do not seem to care about their patients time. Just about the ability to pay. They acknowledged their refusal to adhere to CDH mask guidelines. We will not be back!
I'm not usually a bad review person, but I feel like I need to blow the whistle on this place. My two oldest kids were told they need spacers....took them to two orthodontists for second opinions, and they don't. My youngest was told she needs tonsils removed....took her to an ENT, and she doesn't. After comparing stories with other patients, they have experienced the exact same thing.
