Have waited 6 weeks for $800 refund after they demanded pre payment and was told yesterday it will be another 6 weeks before I will receive it. More concerned about getting their money than actually caring for patients or fixing their billing error in a timely manner.
Very disappointed. Sent in x-rays knew what needed to be done. Waited 3 weeks for an appointment and the dentist did not fix anything. Was there over an hour all they did was look and seemed to be more concerned about the Bill than the treatment. And then when they wanted a follow up to actually do some work. I'm not usually a bad review person, but I feel like I need to blow the whistle on this place. My two oldest kids were told they need spacers....took them to two orthodontists for second opinions, and they don't. My youngest was told she needs tonsils removed....took her to an ENT, and she doesn't. After comparing stories with other patients, they have experienced the exact same thing.
