Millstream did an excellent job. The sales rep, Craig, was thorough, knowledgeable, and responsive. We had our roof and gutters replaced which was a very big job as the house is large. The roofers worked from early morning until it was literally dark and quite chilly (job was in November). Gutter work was done efficiently as well. Roofing work is expensive but I felt that the price was a fair one considering the amount of work that this job entailed. I recently had to replace my roof, and Millstream made it easier than I expected. They even took the time to meet with the insurance claims adjuster, which I thought went above and beyond. Their crew was efficient, and really cleaned up the yard well afterwards.

I recently had Millstream re-shingle the house as well as two outbuildings. The job was begun and completed on time, and they did a good job of clean-up. There was one mistake made — wrong-sized nails used on the carport roof — but they noted the problem during post-job inspection and rectified the error within a week. All in all, the experience was pretty darn painless, and I'm quite happy with the work done.

I am very glad I chose Millstream. Chris provided a no pressure estimate and I am impressed with how knowledgeable he is. He knew about a code change that other companies didn't and was able to propose solutions to existing issues I had with the house. I feel this is an honest company. I got a 50 year warranty, a reasonable price, the work was done well, on time and with no headaches. I highly recommend!

I am restoring a 200 year old house with 4 large chimneys, "*** ***** ****** *****". A couple years back, a local roofing company did a hack job and my roof was leaking for 2+ years. That company would not fix the problems so I tried to get some warranty service. Chris G******** came to help figure out the problems and told me that my situation isn't rare. Chris is a diamond among rough-cut gravel. As soon as we contacted him, he went over and above the call of duty checking on the damage to our house and making sure it was secure as we were 600 miles away. His professionalism is impeccable. Good communication and can-do attitude. His team was professional as well and hard-working.
