Just purchased an Avalon and worked with Kelton who was so very informative and professional. He had three vehicles ready when we arrived. He took his time answering all our questions and making certain we were familiar with all the features. He was never pushy and interacted with us as if we were the only people he would see all day! Excellent customer service when I take my two toyota's in for service. Kaitlyn (sp?) is my service advisor and she gives 5 star customer service. Jose, the Service Manager, also gives excellent customer service. It is only because of these two outstanding Milton Ruben Toyota employees that I continue to bring my two vehicles in for service at Milton Ruben.

I highly recommend Zachary Johns! He was a huge help when buying my first car. He went out of his way to help me find the right car, and getting the right price point for my budget. Everyone there was extremely helpful. They walked me through the process, and told me what they see from most people my age. They did everything they could to make my first experience a good one.
