I set up my initial appointment via the appointment scheduler on their website, which made it very easy and convenient. They sent several reminders meaning I had no worries in forgetting the appointment. Arriving this morning I was promptly greated by the Service Rep who addressed any questions and concerns. I absolutely loved my experience at Milton Ruben Toyota! Paul Ward immediately came up to me and my family and helped us find the perfect car! We had a great experience that was led by our salesman Kelton Hayes. And love our Highlander. One recommendation for Toyota. Since the AWD Highlander is such a versatlile vehicle with great towing specs, would of been nice to include the towing package as part of the vehicle, at least on the XLE and Limited version. Definately would come back to see Milton Rueben and Kelton when we're ready for our next Toyota.
