RecommendedI had a horrible experience 2 years ago. I said 2 things that day. never again at Milton Ruben and never a Prius again. I ate my words yesterday. Al Pleming took amazing care of us. Amazing. Calm, patient, not pushy and communicating the entire way. I was amazed that he had been there years and we just met yesterday. i got a great deal on my prius and a great experience all around. ill be back for sure! Thank you Al, management and finance!
