Nicole was professional and streamlined! very sweet, i left feeling great.
My experience was awesome I like the zoom app Which allows you to see your physician.
The doctor was very focused and professional. He spent the time to talk about long term health consequences of treatment. He suggested drug holidays to give my body a chance to recoup. It was a great session.

I think the staff was upgraded. Beforehand, when I first started treatment here, the staff was very rude, never followed up, and I had to call various times to ask again for things, as they never put the information I gave into their system. Now, they are prompt, polite, and extremely efficient. They called me as soon as a spot was open with my provider, since a recent medication complication and were quick to schedule it.
I really like my Psychiatrist but she literally only talks to me about 10 minutes max. it can get expensive at the rate they charge.
Great team. The staff on the machine were top notch.
