The doctor was very focused and professional. He spent the time to talk about long term health consequences of treatment. He suggested drug holidays to give my body a chance to recoup. It was a great session.

I think the staff was upgraded. Beforehand, when I first started treatment here, the staff was very rude, never followed up, and I had to call various times to ask again for things, as they never put the information I gave into their system. Now, they are prompt, polite, and extremely efficient. They called me as soon as a spot was open with my provider, since a recent medication complication and were quick to schedule it.

I really like my Psychiatrist but she literally only talks to me about 10 minutes max. it can get expensive at the rate they charge.

I can't rate any of the therapists, since I never actually spoke to one. I did speak with James Loesch briefly and he was pretty rude. I explained to him that I had called to cancel the appointment (because I never requested the appointment) and he just gave me an attitude. I was surprised that I received a "no show fee" since I NEVER SCHEDULED NOR DID I REQUEST this appointment. I have explained this to them dozens of times, but they keep saying that "it's company policy" that they have to steal my money because some moron... read more
