We had a tight timeline and complex mortgage. Ming was helpful and communicative through the entire process. He helped us navigate a gauntlet of information.
Ming was always on the ball, and more often than not, he was the one pushing things forward - such as my agent. He was really great in explaining the loan process, and the various approaches you can take regarding buying down your rate, and giving you the big picture, such as how many basis points will impact (or not really impact) your monthly mortgage payments. Obviously a seasoned professional, he has a highly attuned sense for cutting through the B.S.
Ming has brokered a half dozen mortgages for me over the years. Some residential, some commercial. His interest rates have always been rock bottom and the loan terms attractive. He keeps the loan-application process going and will bird-dog the lender if necessary. I’m sure we’ll be doing more loans with him in the years ahead.
Ming found us the lowest rate on the market. He warned us upfront that due to market conditions it might take some time to get through the refinance process. Everything he said was accurate and we are now set with an amazing loan rate. I would recommend that anyone looking for a new loan or refinance should not hesitate to work with Ming.
