The worst car I've ever owned, my brand new mini 2014 John cooper work hardtop got two recalls, flat tires, broken amp, drive train output unavailable, broken plastic end caps on seat rail, key plastic cap snap off. I've been to the service more than 16 times drop the car off and pick it up during the first 9 months of my ownership. I would never purchase a mini ever again, all my friend told me to get rid of this car too.
I live in Brazil and I am a Mini cooper lover! I have 2 minis and I travel 5 times a year all over the world. My main attraction in these trips is to visit Mini Cooper stores. The worst service was in this store (Mini of San Francisco). You need to put in pratice what you learned with the factory.
