This place is the worst. Service is horrible and the cars are worse.
Not only were the vehicles in rough shape and DIRTY, the sales rep was short with us, rude and snippy, and she was not well-versed on the vehicles. This dealership only sells one brand! You should be in expert in your field. Can’t forget to mention she didn’t even want to return our drivers license until we were completely finished with test driving.
No one should have to wait 4.5 hours for a routine oil change and break pad service. When told how long the service should take I was quoted around 1.5 hours. Get more employees in your garage or provide more rentals!
