Doug was the point person & Sharon was the financial person & although it took a while the transaction was completed. Doug a pleasant approach with customers & eager to help with your vehicle. Sharon totally rocked it in helping w/ the financial part of our transaction. All in all I'm stoked w/ our 2015 MINI Countryman, thank you guys so much.
Shout out to the service writers at Mini of Chicago- great attitude, personal, polite, and helpful! No one likes having to have service done on their car but these guys makes it ok!
