"GO TO ANY OTHER ROYAL LOCATION" I'll start off by saying this. Royal as a company is great. DO NOT GET ME WRONG. I've purchased from their Kia location and had a GREAT experience. "Don't Buy From Out Of Town " I was so disappointed with my experience with the Royal car dealership. I saw a car that I wanted and the deal happened very quickly. My sales person even drove it from Tucson to Phoenix to me that same day. I was assured that i had a 3 day money back guarantee. 2 week fix what we needed if needed 2000 mile warrantee from this family owned company. "This dealership is terrible. They are not helpful will..." This dealership is terrible. They are not helpful will waste your time and they don’t respect the customer. I would stay far away from these guys!!!!!

I leased a Mini from them. The tires needed to be replaced in less than 19,000 miles -- regular tires, NOT run-flats. Dealer refused to take responsibility. MINIUSA seemed disinterested. Get a warranty from the dealership for 36,000 miles.
