Louis was by far the most considerate and knowledgeable sales guy I've ever dealt with! He along with the dealership did anything and everything possible to accommodate us and make this the best experience. We are in awe of the service department and everyone in general. Every single associate makes you feel like their VIP anytime we visit. We will always make the 2+ hour drive for any scheduled service needed verses the closer dealership because of their customer service. Great job guys, we are sold on Mini! �
