I used to go to Mini of Scottsdale until I had the customer service went downhill , so bad that I decided to drive even further and como to Mini of Tempe. This dealerships is amazing and the Service department is top notch! The Service Manager Efrain is amazing and will make sure that you are taken care off and leave happy. I just had my car serviced and dealt with Efrain and Drew, and all I can say is that Mini of Scottsdale should learn from their counterpart in Tempe and hire people like Drew and Efrain.
