Make you feel welcome I was coming from another BMW dealership (West BMW) because I was not treated well did not like any of their salespeople and Momentum BMW made me feel very welcome from the beginning and worked with me with my deal so I was able to walk out with a brand new car on a same day. Pleasant experience at Momentum BMW I was shopping for 2021 X5 earlier this week. They have plenty of inventory. The sales representative Jeff was very helpful and courteous in taking me to test drive, explaining all the new technology features that come in new X5/ Premium package. The Price negotiation was very easy. The sales manager stopped by couple of times to check on and to thank me towards the end of purchase. Jason took care of finance part. Incredible buying experience! First off NO PRESSURE. The entire staff really wanted me to make an informed decision. Curtis was my sales rep. Lauderdale is who I dealt with in finance. Curtis did not try to upsell me to a different car. Curtis came to pick up my wife and I at the airport. He was great! Lauderdale did not pressure me into anything. She laid out all of the options and respected my decision.
