Our first BMW buying experience. Our buying experience was handled mainly over the phone with our sales associate. He located the vehicle we wanted, had windows tinted and the vehicle in make ready before we ever went to the dealership. Once there, the car was immaculate. We went for a test drive, signed a few papers and electronic signatures, went over detailed instructions on how to operate all of the technical features of the car, and we were on our way with our new 540i.
