Matt was very accommodating and spent a lot of time with use initially. we intended to buy a used Mini and Matt gave us the keys to test drive a number of late model Minis. Covid prohibited him from accompanying us. we much prefer not having the sales person with us. also, drove two new Minis while we were there and wound up ordering one from the factory. Matt and Clint made it easy.

I did a build order on June 1 and Lauren kept me up to date on changes and timelines. She even got me the name of the ship so I could track my baby across the ocean.
