I’ve been a loyal customer for 6 years, but after being charged $1331 plus tax for brakes, they lost a customer! What a ripoff, I will start using local shops from now on. They’re not exactly compassionate or pleasant either! I’m done !

I noticed a bubble on one of the tires of my certified pre-owned Countryman after only 4,000 miles. The service department charged me $200 for a new tire. We live in New York; there are potholes. But I didn't hit anything that should have damaged the tire. Very dissappointed!
Be more thorough with your customers and not come across as pushy just looking for a sale. For example, I was looking for financing (was approved) and they just pushed a five-year finance program in my face (never offered the 3 or 4); why would someone want to pay additional wasted interest? I went with a 4-year program but never saw a 3 year. They also delivered the car to me with a dirty interior (couldn't even have the courtesy to have the car cleaned out and prepped.
Spent 10 seconds with me going over the cars’ functions......this is a new style of car for me and there are many things that I’m unaware of. I learned more from Another dealers website. I found Westchester Mini only interested in their interests and not of the customers.
My ‘05 Mini with under 77,000 miles needs a new transmission?! And that is $8,900? � guessing another mini will not be in my future...
