First rate experience. The new digs are also really nice. Our car was in for its Service III inspection I think. Its a four yearr old, but with only about 24,000 miles it feels more like a 2 year old. And as we drove away it felt even better than when we drove off the showroom floor. Thanks for great service.
The people working at Mini are in a league unlike any other car dealership. No high pressure sales. Always wanting your experience to be the best. I'm in my third Mini bought through them in Carmel, Indiana. Jim Barth has been my salesman all three times and has gone the extra mile to keep me happy and coming back. Walked around their lot for 20 minutes not one person was interested in selling me a car. Luckily I have working internet and great credit!
Well, after buying a Mini off them, within 2 months and only 1,708 miles on the road, I've already had to get it serviced once and now the alternator and the battery have gone out. I've got no help from the dealership considering they sold me a busted vehicle. So I will definitely never be buying a car from them again ever, and could quite possibly be done with the entire mini and BMW brand as a whole!
Love my Mini Countryman but not a fan of the service department!!!
