"My last service involved a battery that may have died..." My last service involved a battery that may have died from lack of use. My service tech Danny Soto was phenomenal. They got me a loaner without waiting more than ten minutes. (They were backlogged on mini batteries). I called and my car was ready at the exact time promised (I arrived early so I waited 20 minutes). Danny gave me his cell so I avoided transferred calls. Still a happen Braman customer
