"Professional and friendly" I am mostly satisfied with the level of service at this dealership. The prices are sometimes a lot. The staff is friendly and very professional.

"Mini Cooper JCW Convertible" Braman Mini had the exact Mini we were looking for, with only a few hurdles. One big hurdle was we were in Michigan and the car we wanted was in Miami. After a few emails with Paulo Santos, we had negotiated a fair price and secured our new Mini. After all paperwork and payments were complete, my transport truck picked up the JCW and it’s now sitting in our garage! We love it and can’t wait to put the top down.
"Excellent service in both body shop and service. " Excellent repair work at the body shop and prompt timing in service. JC and Daniel very courteous. Car looks brand new, very pleased with work done.
"MINI service" Sunday appointment at 12noon Danny Jimenez was very polite, and got my car serviced quicker than promised. All good. I always get good service at Braman. Thank you.
"Canceling and opening a lease " The staff was very courteous and worked with us to get to a deal. The assortment of cars available was good. We left satisfied with the purchase. The only downside was that we found out that an insurance for the maintenance/tear of the car was required when signing the final documents of the lease. This insurance increased the monthly payment that we thought we had locked down with the Sales Rep.

"MomCar upgrade " As always, my experience at Braman MINI was exceptional. I went in with my 4-door hardtop (2nd MINI) looking for more space since I’m a new mother. Everyone was so helpful and truly tried their hardest to find something that would fit me needs. Efficient, warm and welcoming- the staff from sales to finance was amazing and I left happy as can be with my Countryman! Danny in sales even changed my car seat and installed it in the new car while also putting my original mirror covers on te new one!
"Great service!" My wife and I went to Braman for a lease and came out with an amazing John Cooper Works. The service always impecable and fast. The sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable. Just what we expected.
