We've been seeing Dr. Simon for 27 years & been through 3 generations of multiple dogs. We've gone through a few things over the years. I wouldn't take my babies anywhere else. Knowledge, Care, Compassion ,Communication & Customer Service are top notch.

The service seemed to be fine, but watch out for your credit card. Two problems, first time I had to put a deposit down to hold a spot for a procedure and was told that after the procedure that my deposit would be refunded and it was not. Second I had signed up for a wellness plan that would take out monthly payments. Well those payments kept going after the 12 month period. And because I did not answer my phone the payments that went past the 12 months could not be refunded back to me.

We have had seven dogs overall that we have taken to Minooka Animal Hospital and they have always treated each one of them like members of their family. The compassion they showed when we received an unexpected cancer diagnosis was amazing. Marshmallow and Larry are a handful and they always great them like they have been looking forward to their visit for weeks! We love them!

We have been bringing all of our dogs here for 30 yrs. Staff and the vets are wonderful and caring. Have never been rushed. We have had 4 of our dogs placed down there. You are given all the time you need. After they send you a beautiful card and your baby's paw print to remember them by. We have also boarded our current little girl Lilly there twice. She is well taken care of and loved while we're gone. We are currently on our way home from out of state and can't wait to pick her up. I would highly recommend them to ever... read more

I have been a big fan for years but last week my dog contracted kennel cough and when I brought it the attention of the staff they dismissed it. I will be looking for other options going forward. My poor puppy is sick

BEWARE OF PRICE GAUGING - Minooka Animal Hospital. I was told I needed a prescription for my kitten which I gladly went to pick up. The bill was $100. A few minutes after leaving I did a little research and found that these are available elsewhere and that a prescription is not required. I can get the same exact items elsewhere for HALF the price.
