I would love to thank all that worked the day we had to bring our baby in who had to be put down. They got us in even though our baby was not a patient there....our Vet was not opened. They were all so kind and caring! A horrible time but they all made it as comfortable as that time could be. I got a call one week later and they gave us our girl’s paw print! It meant so much! Thank you all so much! 💕
first time at Minooka Animal Hospital today, what brought me here was because Mallard Point Veterinary ( who I had used in the past and weren't satisfied with to begin with) were dismissive and rude and didn't want to help me with regards to my male cat consuming fabric ribbon😞 making him very obviously sick. I called this morning and they took us within a few hours and was looked at with love and care by Dr Simon immediately.
