Their customer service is awesome. I drove my 2018 CR-V straight from a body shop where it had been for a week for repairs from a hit and run incident. I hadn’t made an appointment, but the battery wasn’t holding a charge and my tires needed air. I also noticed it was showing it was time for my regular service. So they checked my battery and said it was good and aired up my tires and did the oil change very quickly.
