Mitch has done a phenomenal job working with us. Site unseen, halfway across the country and loan stipulations due to our status as military members. Mitch and his team really stepped up for us and helped make this an easy transition and purchase. Mitch Richards has been great to work with. This is the second loan he has managed for me. He is attentive and thorough. He has several, creative loan products at his disposal, so he can handle all sorts of investment and construction loans along with standard mortgages. Mitch did awesome through a difficult construction process, he answered questions even when construction loan closed still answering our questions.
