RecommendedAbsolute WORST dentist in mobile! They filled a tooth for one of my kids and he was telling them it was hurting. They kept drilling. He came out crying and in pain. He was deathly afraid to go back. When we went for second appt, I let them know he was scared because of what they did the last time. I also asked them to X-ray the tooth. I was fine with paying out of pocket if need be. I also asked if they reapplied fluoride after they drilled the tooth to make sure it doesn’t decay so easily and quickly. I would encourage this parent to call my office and ask for me directly to discuss this Although I sympathize with this parents concerns this particular review doesn't describe our office at all. I honestly don't recall this type of situation ever arising in my office. One of our practice rules is that we want the children walking out of the office the same or better than when they walk in. My child missed his 2 pm appointment today and at 2:16 I was called with frustration from the receptionist, she was completely unsympathetic and rude on my situation. I already apologized and stated that I knew I confirmed the appt and I was very sorry. She was more concerned about telling me I have a 50 dollar fee I have to pay now. Accidents do happen and people should not be shamed, especially when they are due to circumstances beyond their control.
