Appointment was at1:00. Nobody there, I always arrive a little early for appointments. Doors do not open till after100. Outdoors simulated waiting area uncomfortable, chairs uncomfotable, a very poor manner in welcoming new patients. I was very disappointed with my welcome. Why do you schedule people to be there when no employee is there?

Dr Khan was impatient and lacks a bedside manner. I found him to be almost rude. Not a very positive or pleasant experience. Maybe that is just his personality.
I was given a different chart number as if like I'm a brand new patient. Secondly, I was told to have a seat and the lady forgot about me and someone else had to do the images.

It was a 10:30 appt and I got in at 11. It took less than 15 minutes to get me though the tests. Dr. Ash saw me 15 minutes or so. I was in and out. Did not want to waste his time.
Having locked gate seems stupid. How many of your patients escape in a day?
Open the bathrooms it is shameful not to have the bathrooms open
