Doctor was great, everything for the examination was great but when I got to picking out glasses, the girl who was there to help me said they didn't have glasses wide enough for my face. She wasn't helpful at all. I was very disappointed in this bc even though I've had a wide face my whole life and have had glasses almost my whole life, I've never had anyone who was so unhelpful. She's really disappointing for the team.

Dr Khan was really nice. The assistant that helped me check my vision from a distance on the other hand was very very loud talking to her Co-worker, I think that was very unprofessional. On the other hand, the women that helped me picked my glasses was super super nice. She had so much patience helping me. Even when I came back to try my contact lenses. When we checked in, the receptionist was very nice. Then when we got called in by the Dr's assistant she was nice too. The only problems with her was, she seems like she didn't really pay attention to my daughter. She was talking to another female coworker while helping my daughter. I noticed my daughter seemed confused on what to do next because her instructions was not clear to my daughter because of the assistants divided attention talking with the coworker and they were both really loud. At first I was a little confused at check in cause I had to wait for awhile so finally I went up to the receptionist and asked if they knew I was there and she said Oh did you turn your paperwork in and I said no and handed it to her. She might have told me to bring it back up to her but if she did I didnt hear her...so I think she sd ck with patients to make sure they have turned in their paperwork. The people ahead of me hadnt turned theirs in and got called in...but after that everything went smooth
