⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I live at Monabri, a 55+ retirement community, and it has been a wonderful experience. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the property is well-maintained and very clean, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The residents are welcoming, there are plenty of activities to keep me busy, and I feel very safe here. It truly feels like a supportive community, and I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home.
Mon Abri is the perfect home for people of our age considering a downsize. The staff is amazing. Unlike most apartments, no two floor plans are the same. Most are duplexes or triplexes. Many have garages and/or a view of the fishing pond. There is always something going on in the way of entertainment and activities. There is a walking path around the pond, with a raised garden for tenants.
I moved here in January of 2022, I have enjoyed living here very much. Ladonna, Tanner & Gena are very professional and will help with everything you need. I enjoy all of the activities and others that live here, we have great times at all the events they sponsor. The club house and outside areas are well maintained.
Mon Abrie is a wonderful place to live with friendly people and activities. The property is well maintained. They are very responsive to resident's requests. Each house is unique and beautifully designed with all appliances maintained and provided by Mon Abrie. For the first time in my life, I do not have to worry about maintaining a house and all that goes along with that.
Mon Abri has become home for me. The management and maintenance staff are wonderful. The residents are so friendly and helpful. The activities are so much fun, be it playing cards, shooting pool or attending the pot luck suppers and residential socials. There is a beautiful pond with many walking trails. I’m so happy I moved to Mon Abri! Richard
