Mona and her team worked around the clock it seemed to get my closing completed on time. Both Mona and Domanick were absolutely fantastic to work with. At the final hour there was a bit of a hiccup with my cash to close amounts, and Mona went to bat for me and got it squared away with a very favorable outcome for me! When my realtor first said “Mona is my favorite human” I didn’t understand why but it didn’t take me long to see. Mona and her team were amazingly quick to react whenever my mortgage process hit a snag (and there were a couple) and was always ready with a solution as well as walking me through what our next steps was.
