Mona is always the the essence of professional, yet personal. We reached out to her to look at refinancing our house. She quickly got us in touch with other team members of hers to assist with collecting the documents necessary and to find out if it was worth it. Mona knows her stuff. During the time of our most recent transaction (she's helped us 3 times now), the market was hot and things were happening quickly. The entire industry seemed to be in hyperdrive, yet was slowed down by COVID restrictions and finding new ways to get things done. Mona was always on top of things and confident that her team would deliver. When needed, she was able to take the time to answer our questions and explain things to us.
