I was referred to Mona by a friend. I was a first time home buyer and was very unsure about the whole home buying process. I had talked to a couple other mortgage companies before being referred to Mona. None of them were able to explain the home buying process in as much detail as Mona was. She was able to answer any questions I had. It gave me a real sense of ease knowing exactly what was going to happen and what I was getting into because buying a house is a huge decision.
