i went to get a broken tooth pulled they did nothing but look in my mouth i left in the same condition as i arrived

SHAKEDOWN!!! What a scam very unprofessional to listen to a dentist Dr. Omar Siddiqui talk to elderly people with no respect I have no idea how Humana endorse a dental clinic like this it's really a shame how the elderly get treated in our medical system nowadays

Stay away!! I’m Worst experience, dental hygienist gave me a false price for a service and was charged more at the desk, plus the staff doesn’t care about giving good service. I would not go back even if everything was fee.

This place is a joke. my experience with them was nothing but horrible from setting up the appointment to walking and no even being addressed to scheduling a cleaning and while the whole time there asking if they were going to give me a teeth cleaning. They kept telling me yes and then after my check up. they sit me back in the lobby only to tell me I would have to schedule for. cleaning which is what I scheduled in the first place. Always fast, friendly service. The office is clean with plenty of parking right outside.
Everyone but the Dentist was great, showed bedside manner. The staff all attempted to ease any discomfort or fears. The dentist himself (Dr. Siddiqui) was brusk, lacked any type of empathy for individual needs or type of care, unyielding to make an effort to control a life threatening problem, even by extending some sort of antibiotic, and just completely dismissive of patient concerns. It was a waste. Bedside manner was not worth his time. So overall my visit was regrettable.
