Monique and her team really weren't working for me but for the buyer of my brother's house (he passed away). She and her team and the people at Pioneer Title Agency were very good at helping me though everything needed to sell the house. I was unsure of what I needed to do and they willingly held my hand. They also had the highest offer of anyone else. The other offers were at least $35,000 lower than the one from Monique and her staff.
Monique and her team were highly responsive to every question and concern we had during the sale of our home! We were under contract within 2 weeks of listing and we very happy with the end result. We are tough customers and this team was great to work with.
