I worked mostly with Melani, she was awesome to work with! I was so glad to have found her in this city of millions. I moved here from out of state knowing no one with the exception of my son and I feel like I gained a friend!
Monique and her team really weren't working for me but for the buyer of my brother's house (he passed away). She and her team and the people at Pioneer Title Agency were very good at helping me though everything needed to sell the house. I was unsure of what I needed to do and they willingly held my hand. They also had the highest offer of anyone else. The other offers were at least $35,000 lower than the one from Monique and her staff.
