I made the mistake of leaving town for a 10 day trip with my back starting spasm and wanting to "go out" and after two days in the car getting to Asheville, I knew I was in trouble if I didn't get an adjustment. Trying to stand upright had turned downright painful, let alone I planned to spend the week hiking and there would be no chance of that without an adjustment. Dr. Monitto is a miracle worker, a man who wholeheartedly treats his patients with kindness, humor, professionalism, and deep concern. He takes his time to be certain that he is taking care of my personal health issues, always explaining what and why he is doing each adjustment. I have already referred friends to him and will continue to do so. I feel very fortunate to have found him.

I have a degenerative disc and bone spur s in my neck. I was in so much pain from head to toe. Pain radiated all over, shifting from different areas. I did 2 packages w the Y strap and now I'm great. I just go in for maintenance. I've tried so many things. I feel cured. I'm rarely in pain and it's minor if I strain myself.

I am really glad I finally went to Monitto chiropractic after having back pain that I was tired of trying to live with! At each appointment Dr. Monitto explains and shows me why I have had so much pain in my back, neck and shoulders. It mades me feel encouraged and at ease now that I understand why I have the problems. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone and am enjoying life so much more with less pain through chiropractic medicine!
I had Occipital Neuralgia for 6 years with severe pain that was like electrical shocks on the side of my head. The flares would last for months and I had to lie on my back for half the day because of the exhausting pain. Dr Monitto’s treatment with the Y Strap decompressing my spine is the only thing along that has worked to lessen my ON.Flare ups are ,now with a rare and mild flare ups
Each visit is amazing. Dr. Monitto knows what he is doing.. He helped straightened my body frame . My back hurt and at times I could barely walk! Now I feel better than I have in years ... thank you sooo much! I recommend him 100%!
