Been here 4 years going on 5th year transferred twice and now going third transfer and i love it here. Very quiet very nice friendly neighbors. And the office staff always helps and is friendly. I had a one br small med and now soon a large. I just hate to leave i love it!

Montecito West Apartments I love where I live. It's walking distance from all the major shops I do my weekly shopping at and it's nice and quiet.
Resident I m currently living in this apartment call montecitowest and so far I like that way they respond to a call But I don't like is the they are raising the rent price every year and I think they should have rent control for a period of time
